Last year most property sales in Hounslow involved flats which sold for on average £237,045. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £447,238, while terraced properties fetched £377,214.
Hounslow, with an overall average price of £357,231, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hounslow West (£343,359) and Heston (£346,000), but was more expensive than Hounslow Heath (£328,585).
During the last year, sold prices in Hounslow were 15% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2013 when the average house price was £269,501.
