Most of the sales in Hucknall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £139,427. Detached properties had an average sold price of £231,049 and terraced properties averaged at £117,160.
Hucknall, with an overall average price of £165,457, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bestwood Village (£171,581), but was cheaper than Linby (£259,233) and Papplewick (£247,157).
In the past year house prices in Hucknall were 8% up on the year before and 13% up on 2014 when they averaged at £145,887.
