Last year most property sales in Impington involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £405,000. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £263,889, while detached properties fetched £624,833.
Impington, with an overall average price of £386,193, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Histon (£372,145), but was more expensive than Milton (£355,402) and cheaper than Girton (£481,546).
During the last year, sold prices in Impington were similar to the previous year and 17% up on 2012 when the average house price was £330,227.
