Last year most property sales in Impington involved detached properties which sold for on average £496,286. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £349,804, while terraced properties fetched £248,667.
Impington, with an overall average price of £390,759, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Girton (£376,414), but was more expensive than Histon (£306,376) and Milton (£303,750).
During the last year, sold prices in Impington were 21% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2012 when the average house price was £330,227.
