Last year most property sales in Iver involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £418,468. Detached properties sold for an average price of £707,676, while terraced properties fetched £300,565.
Iver, with an overall average price of £443,186, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Iver Heath (£455,562) and Richings Park (£435,276), but was cheaper than Stoke Poges (£518,131).
During the last year, sold prices in Iver were 10% up on the previous year and 16% up on 2011 when the average house price was £381,474.
