The majority of sales in Kentish Town during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £644,335. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,342,258, with semi-detached properties fetching £2,327,250.
Kentish Town, with an overall average price of £865,909, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chalk Farm (£843,122), but was more expensive than Gospel Oak (£655,969) and cheaper than Dartmouth Park (£1,008,067).
Overall sold prices in Kentish Town over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and 15% up on the 2015 level of £752,652.
