Last year most property sales in Killay involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £177,082. Detached properties sold for an average price of £260,631, while terraced properties fetched £178,988.
Killay, with an overall average price of £201,336 was more expensive than nearby Dunvant (£160,556) and Tycoch (£188,699), but was cheaper than Sketty (£219,048).
During the last year, sold prices in Killay were 8% up on the previous year and 5% up on 2004 when the average house price was £191,554.
