The majority of sales in Kings Heath during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £155,651. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £180,446, with flats fetching £93,636.
Kings Heath, with an overall average price of £164,656, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Solihull Lodge (£162,673), but was more expensive than Stirchley (£135,250) and cheaper than Moseley (£226,729).
Overall sold prices in Kings Heath over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £165,735.
