The majority of sales in Kings Heath during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £167,896. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £188,659, with flats fetching £93,448.
Kings Heath, with an overall average price of £176,438, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Solihull Lodge (£177,187), but was more expensive than Stirchley (£139,715) and cheaper than Moseley (£238,210).
Overall sold prices in Kings Heath over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 6% up on the 2007 level of £165,735.
