The majority of sales in Kings Langley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £249,243. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £400,125, with detached properties fetching £638,554.
Kings Langley, with an overall average price of £404,312 was more expensive than nearby Abbots Langley (£381,042) and Apsley (£363,345), but was cheaper than Chipperfield (£708,480).
Overall sold prices in Kings Langley over the last year were similar to the previous year and 15% up on the 2012 level of £351,044.
