The majority of sales in Kings Langley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £235,827. Detached properties sold for an average of £616,391, with semi-detached properties fetching £406,391.
Kings Langley, with an overall average price of £379,721, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Abbots Langley (£379,110), but was more expensive than Apsley (£343,803) and cheaper than Chipperfield (£612,082).
Overall sold prices in Kings Langley over the last year were 7% down on the previous year and 8% up on the 2012 level of £351,044.
