The majority of sales in Kings Langley during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £631,624. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £407,507, with flats fetching £205,696.
Kings Langley, with an overall average price of £413,762 was more expensive than nearby Abbots Langley (£346,685) and Apsley (£330,468), but was cheaper than Chipperfield (£575,493).
Overall sold prices in Kings Langley over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 18% up on the 2012 level of £351,044.
