Last year most property sales in Kingsbury Green involved flats which sold for on average £377,098. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £470,016, while semi-detached properties fetched £535,012.
Kingsbury Green, with an overall average price of £398,700 was more expensive than nearby Roe Green Village (£378,147) and Kingsbury (£375,787), but was cheaper than Preston (£475,357).
During the last year, sold prices in Kingsbury Green were 8% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2014 when the average house price was £317,298.
