Most of the sales in Ladywood over the past year were flats which on average sold for £187,367. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £147,653 and semi-detached properties averaged at £195,750.
Ladywood, with an overall average price of £181,843, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Birmingham (£188,407), but was more expensive than Smethwick (£155,032) and cheaper than Edgbaston (£301,851).
In the past year house prices in Ladywood were 5% up on the year before and 7% up on 2006 when they averaged at £170,361.
