Most of the sales in Lakeside over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £403,006. Flats had an average sold price of £171,069 and detached properties averaged at £524,122.
Lakeside, with an overall average price of £358,331, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Roath Lake (£368,593) and Conway Park (£354,316), but was more expensive than Cyncoed (£314,254).
In the past year house prices in Lakeside were 8% up on the year before and 3% up on 2014 when they averaged at £347,057.
