The majority of sales in Langley during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £333,741. Flats sold for an average of £192,556, with semi-detached properties fetching £418,212.
Langley, with an overall average price of £338,913 was more expensive than nearby Colnbrook (£244,854), but was cheaper than Datchet Common (£380,546) and Datchet (£415,908).
Overall sold prices in Langley over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 28% up on the 2012 level of £264,273.
