The majority of sales in Langley during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £182,701. Terraced properties sold for an average of £284,175, with semi-detached properties fetching £382,043.
Langley, with an overall average price of £299,440 was more expensive than nearby Colnbrook (£228,392), but was cheaper than Datchet Common (£333,515) and Datchet (£358,304).
Overall sold prices in Langley over the last year were 11% up on the previous year and 13% up on the 2012 level of £264,054.
