The majority of sales in Langley during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £366,413. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £489,530, with flats fetching £226,317.
Langley, with an overall average price of £408,119, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Datchet Common (£401,343), but was more expensive than Colnbrook (£297,538) and cheaper than Datchet (£440,965).
Overall sold prices in Langley over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and 38% up on the 2014 level of £295,586.
