Last year most property sales in Lichfield involved detached properties which sold for on average £402,122. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £245,981, while terraced properties fetched £204,776.
Lichfield, with an overall average price of £270,333, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Whittington (£265,360) and Fradley (£271,329), but was cheaper than Shenstone (£425,977).
During the last year, sold prices in Lichfield were 12% up on the previous year and 18% up on 2014 when the average house price was £229,316.
