The majority of sales in Lincoln during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £124,140. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £141,802, with detached properties fetching £202,516.
Lincoln, with an overall average price of £150,559 was cheaper than nearby North Hykeham (£178,360), Burton Waters (£222,041) and Skellingthorpe (£186,726).
Overall sold prices in Lincoln over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 5% up on the 2007 level of £143,064.
