The majority of sales in Lincoln during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £125,899. Detached properties sold for an average of £207,361, with semi-detached properties fetching £145,017.
Lincoln, with an overall average price of £155,034 was cheaper than nearby North Hykeham (£181,538), Burton Waters (£229,063) and Skellingthorpe (£179,753).
Overall sold prices in Lincoln over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 8% up on the 2007 level of £143,064.
