Liphook, with an overall average price of £416,297 was more expensive than nearby Bordon (£269,370), but was cheaper than Headley (£507,179) and Headley Down (£522,943).
Overall sold prices in Liphook over the last year were 3% up on the previous year and 3% up on the 2014 level of £403,869.
