Last year most property sales in Little Chalfont involved detached properties which sold for on average £1,055,770. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £537,506, while flats fetched £296,597.
Little Chalfont, with an overall average price of £720,997 was more expensive than nearby Amersham (£638,295), but was cheaper than Chalfont St. Giles (£917,638) and Chesham Bois (£1,072,916).
During the last year, sold prices in Little Chalfont were 4% up on the previous year and similar to 2014 when the average house price was £729,600.
