Most of the sales in Little Ealing over the past year were flats which on average sold for £612,631. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £578,619 and semi-detached properties averaged at £558,333.
Little Ealing, with an overall average price of £609,147, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Old Brentford (£609,147), but was more expensive than Brentford (£554,940) and cheaper than Gunnersbury (£723,917).
In the past year house prices in Little Ealing were 11% up on the year before and 47% up on 2012 when they averaged at £415,218.
