The majority of sales in Liverpool during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £103,804. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £168,968, with flats fetching £116,232.
Liverpool, with an overall average price of £150,050 was more expensive than nearby Walton (£88,358), Fazakerley (£118,655) and Orrell (£111,395).
Overall sold prices in Liverpool over the last year were similar to the previous year and 7% up on the 2014 level of £140,368.
