The majority of sales in Llanishen during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £512,744. Flats sold for an average of £129,057, with semi-detached properties fetching £236,353.
Llanishen, with an overall average price of £282,518 was more expensive than nearby Thornhill (£217,692), but was cheaper than Lisvane (£464,947) and Conway Park (£333,665).
Overall sold prices in Llanishen over the last year were similar to the previous year and 16% up on the 2014 level of £244,579.
