Llanishen, with an overall average price of £275,686 was more expensive than nearby Thornhill (£223,693), but was cheaper than Lisvane (£441,427) and Conway Park (£340,490).
Overall sold prices in Llanishen over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 13% up on the 2014 level of £244,579.
