The majority of sales in Llanishen during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £506,654. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £253,302, with flats fetching £125,453.
Llanishen, with an overall average price of £283,402 was more expensive than nearby Thornhill (£230,317), but was cheaper than Lisvane (£418,593) and Conway Park (£357,538).
Overall sold prices in Llanishen over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 18% up on the 2007 level of £240,598.
