Most of the sales in Long Sutton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £170,254. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £131,618 and terraced properties averaged at £124,030.
Long Sutton, with an overall average price of £158,875, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sutton St. James (£164,463), but was more expensive than Sutton Bridge (£128,332) and Holbeach (£147,695).
In the past year house prices in Long Sutton were 9% up on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £161,540.
