Most of the sales in Long Sutton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £170,072. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £131,368 and terraced properties averaged at £125,535.
Long Sutton, with an overall average price of £159,369, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sutton St. James (£157,496), but was more expensive than Sutton Bridge (£130,619) and Holbeach (£149,511).
In the past year house prices in Long Sutton were 9% up on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £161,540.
