Most of the sales in Longfield over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £575,307. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £405,704 and terraced properties averaged at £281,467.
Longfield, with an overall average price of £476,294, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hartley (£476,866), but was more expensive than Istead Rise (£403,832) and cheaper than New Barn (£540,699).
In the past year house prices in Longfield were 5% up on the year before and 17% up on 2014 when they averaged at £407,404.
