Most of the sales in Low Spennymoor over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £91,658. Detached properties had an average sold price of £189,351 and semi-detached properties averaged at £96,389.
Low Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £120,945 was more expensive than nearby Ferryhill (£70,553), but was cheaper than Brancepeth (£275,842) and Kirk Merrington (£195,564).
In the past year house prices in Low Spennymoor were 3% down on the year before and similar to 2012 when they averaged at £120,113.
