Most of the sales in Low Spennymoor over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £77,536. Detached properties had an average sold price of £188,217 and semi-detached properties averaged at £101,840.
Low Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £121,258 was more expensive than nearby Ferryhill (£75,036), but was cheaper than Brancepeth (£318,763) and Kirk Merrington (£195,833).
In the past year house prices in Low Spennymoor were similar to the year before and similar to 2013 when they averaged at £123,626.
