Most of the sales in Low Spennymoor over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £110,275. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £82,356 and detached properties averaged at £176,617.
Low Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £110,670 was more expensive than nearby Ferryhill (£74,390), but was cheaper than Brancepeth (£396,500) and Kirk Merrington (£132,330).
