Most of the sales in Low Spennymoor over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £94,204. Detached properties had an average sold price of £172,646 and semi-detached properties averaged at £91,818.
Low Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £117,019 was more expensive than nearby Ferryhill (£66,304), but was cheaper than Brancepeth (£242,538) and Kirk Merrington (£188,054).
In the past year house prices in Low Spennymoor were 8% down on the year before and 3% down on 2012 when they averaged at £120,113.
