Most of the sales in Low Spennymoor over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £92,580. Detached properties had an average sold price of £174,608 and semi-detached properties averaged at £95,196.
Low Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £114,019 was more expensive than nearby Ferryhill (£69,706), but was cheaper than Brancepeth (£251,007) and Kirk Merrington (£180,400).
In the past year house prices in Low Spennymoor were 10% down on the year before and 5% down on 2012 when they averaged at £120,113.
