Most of the sales in Low Spennymoor over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £110,451. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £88,819 and detached properties averaged at £199,081.
Low Spennymoor, with an overall average price of £124,413 was more expensive than nearby Ferryhill (£67,139) and Kirk Merrington (£116,945), but was cheaper than Brancepeth (£316,571).
