The majority of sales in Malvern during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £322,710. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £198,369, with flats fetching £174,851.
Malvern, with an overall average price of £229,464, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Kempsey (£237,719) and Upton-Upon-Severn (£240,159), but was more expensive than Worcester (£202,951).
Overall sold prices in Malvern over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £234,039.
