The majority of sales in Malvern during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £310,861. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £206,736, with flats fetching £165,834.
Malvern, with an overall average price of £229,170, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upton-Upon-Severn (£226,183), but was more expensive than Worcester (£207,218) and cheaper than Kempsey (£253,423).
Overall sold prices in Malvern over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £234,364.
