Last year most property sales in Manorbier involved detached properties which sold for on average £261,746. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £184,500, while terraced properties fetched £457,500.
Manorbier, with an overall average price of £244,561, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby St. Florence (£239,000) and Penally (£239,611), but was more expensive than Freshwater East (£197,800).
During the last year, sold prices in Manorbier were 34% up on the previous year and 29% down on 2010 when the average house price was £342,200.
