The majority of sales in Marks Gate during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £378,302. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £382,210, with flats fetching £212,758.
Marks Gate, with an overall average price of £338,974, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chadwell Heath (£329,589) and Rush Green (£336,204), but was more expensive than Eastbrook (£289,511).
Overall sold prices in Marks Gate over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 22% up on the 2015 level of £278,835.
