Most of the sales in Marshalls Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £424,260. Flats had an average sold price of £234,862 and terraced properties averaged at £411,154.
Marshalls Park, with an overall average price of £399,753 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£331,524), Rise Park (£325,678) and Collier Row (£333,958).
