Most of the sales in Marshalls Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £334,538. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £291,021 and flats averaged at £173,905.
Marshalls Park, with an overall average price of £313,595 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£258,039), Rise Park (£266,419) and Collier Row (£257,192).
