Most of the sales in Marshalls Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £407,892. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £336,652 and flats averaged at £218,285.
Marshalls Park, with an overall average price of £373,592 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£303,806), Rise Park (£319,643) and Collier Row (£306,424).
In the past year house prices in Marshalls Park were 12% up on the year before and 32% up on 2007 when they averaged at £283,742.
