Most of the sales in Marshalls Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £388,951. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £321,214 and flats averaged at £206,000.
Marshalls Park, with an overall average price of £359,443 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£297,751), Rise Park (£307,996) and Collier Row (£300,325).
In the past year house prices in Marshalls Park were 14% up on the year before and 27% up on 2007 when they averaged at £283,742.
