Last year most property sales in Meldreth involved detached properties which sold for on average £665,000. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £296,850, while terraced properties fetched £195,500.
Meldreth, with an overall average price of £420,208, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Fowlmere (£430,087), but was more expensive than Bassingbourn (£298,952) and cheaper than Orwell (£500,682).
During the last year, sold prices in Meldreth were 8% up on the previous year and 15% down on 2015 when the average house price was £495,472.
