Last year most property sales in Midhurst involved flats which sold for on average £276,697. Detached properties sold for an average price of £707,413, while terraced properties fetched £331,542.
Midhurst, with an overall average price of £421,915, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Lavant (£415,300), but was cheaper than Petworth (£623,004) and South Downs (£448,860).
During the last year, sold prices in Midhurst were similar to the previous year and 24% up on 2014 when the average house price was £339,174.
