The majority of sales in Mold during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £234,784. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £146,191, with terraced properties fetching £120,984.
Mold, with an overall average price of £178,532, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mynydd Isa (£176,563) and Gwernymynydd (£185,357), but was more expensive than Bryn-Y-Baal (£162,090).
Overall sold prices in Mold over the last year were similar to the previous year and 3% down on the 2015 level of £183,207.
