The majority of sales in Monk Bretton during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £111,884. Detached properties sold for an average of £172,160, with terraced properties fetching £109,679.
Monk Bretton, with an overall average price of £127,347, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Barnsley (£126,020), but was more expensive than Cudworth (£105,626) and cheaper than Royston (£134,961).
