Most of the sales in Monks Park over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £428,759. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £514,100 and flats averaged at £266,400.
Monks Park, with an overall average price of £410,042 was more expensive than nearby Stonebridge Park (£364,945) and Wembley Central (£379,182), but was cheaper than Wembley Park (£471,335).
In the past year house prices in Monks Park were similar to the year before and 6% up on 2015 when they averaged at £385,521.
