Last year most property sales in Moreton-In-Marsh involved detached properties which sold for on average £537,790. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £320,946, while semi-detached properties fetched £346,345.
Moreton-In-Marsh, with an overall average price of £383,005 was cheaper than nearby Blockley (£422,048), Stow On The Wold (£426,569) and Chipping Campden (£528,963).
During the last year, sold prices in Moreton-In-Marsh were similar to the previous year and 8% up on 2011 when the average house price was £355,259.
