The majority of sales in Mulbarton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £292,842. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £181,466, with terraced properties fetching £192,833.
Mulbarton, with an overall average price of £216,945, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Stoke Holy Cross (£218,392), but was cheaper than Cringleford (£311,712) and Eaton (£298,491).
Overall sold prices in Mulbarton over the last year were similar to the previous year and 3% down on the 2011 level of £223,914.
