New Covent Garden, with an overall average price of £1,117,643 was more expensive than nearby Nine Elms (£818,238), Battersea (£895,003) and Clapham Junction (£872,192).
During the last year, sold prices in New Covent Garden were similar to the previous year and 16% up on 2014 when the average house price was £960,472.
