Last year most property sales in New Eltham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £392,954. Flats sold for an average price of £200,516, while terraced properties fetched £324,295.
New Eltham, with an overall average price of £318,752, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Avery Hill (£312,101) and Eltham (£323,993), but was more expensive than Shooters Hill (£272,961).
During the last year, sold prices in New Eltham were 20% up on the previous year and 25% up on 2012 when the average house price was £254,695.
