Last year most property sales in New Eltham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £403,288. Flats sold for an average price of £214,014, while terraced properties fetched £323,743.
New Eltham, with an overall average price of £329,054, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Avery Hill (£320,660) and Eltham (£330,707), but was more expensive than Shooters Hill (£283,892).
During the last year, sold prices in New Eltham were 18% up on the previous year and 29% up on 2012 when the average house price was £254,695.
