Last year most property sales in New Haw involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £414,864. Detached properties sold for an average price of £510,870, while flats fetched £257,583.
New Haw, with an overall average price of £400,168 was more expensive than nearby Addlestone (£371,857) and Byfleet (£366,446), but was cheaper than West Byfleet (£557,765).
During the last year, sold prices in New Haw were 4% up on the previous year and 32% up on 2013 when the average house price was £303,567.
