Last year most property sales in New Haw involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £360,185. Flats sold for an average price of £254,035, while detached properties fetched £456,088.
New Haw, with an overall average price of £350,398 was more expensive than nearby Addlestone (£302,980) and Byfleet (£318,602), but was cheaper than West Byfleet (£525,057).
During the last year, sold prices in New Haw were 13% up on the previous year and 16% up on 2008 when the average house price was £302,552.
