Last year most property sales in New Haw involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £390,941. Detached properties sold for an average price of £503,756, while terraced properties fetched £326,405.
New Haw, with an overall average price of £389,513 was more expensive than nearby Addlestone (£345,198) and Byfleet (£339,415), but was cheaper than West Byfleet (£622,700).
During the last year, sold prices in New Haw were 11% up on the previous year and 28% up on 2013 when the average house price was £303,567.
