Last year most property sales in New Haw involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £396,691. Detached properties sold for an average price of £514,875, while terraced properties fetched £325,379.
New Haw, with an overall average price of £400,643 was more expensive than nearby Addlestone (£352,812) and Byfleet (£348,860), but was cheaper than West Byfleet (£636,516).
During the last year, sold prices in New Haw were 13% up on the previous year and 32% up on 2013 when the average house price was £303,567.
