Most of the sales in New Oscott over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £198,335. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £138,544 and detached properties averaged at £307,537.
New Oscott, with an overall average price of £206,868 was more expensive than nearby Birmingham (£168,062) and Great Barr (£148,792), but was cheaper than Sutton Coldfield (£282,689).
In the past year house prices in New Oscott were 5% up on the year before and 13% up on 2013 when they averaged at £183,185.
