Most of the sales in New Oscott over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £201,377. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £135,479 and detached properties averaged at £308,987.
New Oscott, with an overall average price of £207,134 was more expensive than nearby Birmingham (£169,373) and Great Barr (£147,116), but was cheaper than Sutton Coldfield (£281,282).
In the past year house prices in New Oscott were 3% up on the year before and 13% up on 2013 when they averaged at £183,185.
