Most of the sales in New Oscott over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £203,588. Detached properties had an average sold price of £304,971 and terraced properties averaged at £144,921.
New Oscott, with an overall average price of £214,862 was more expensive than nearby Birmingham (£166,164) and Great Barr (£147,084), but was cheaper than Sutton Coldfield (£279,862).
In the past year house prices in New Oscott were 12% up on the year before and 17% up on 2013 when they averaged at £183,185.
