The majority of sales in New Romney during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £406,798. Terraced properties sold for an average of £225,107, with semi-detached properties fetching £267,092.
New Romney, with an overall average price of £312,993, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Greatstone (£299,789), but was more expensive than Romney Marsh (£278,316) and cheaper than Littlestone (£345,566).
Overall sold prices in New Romney over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 41% up on the 2015 level of £221,501.
