The majority of sales in Norbiton during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £367,698. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £647,134, with terraced properties fetching £526,033.
Norbiton, with an overall average price of £507,938, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Norbiton Common (£513,912), but was cheaper than Kingston Upon Thames (£647,917) and Coombe Warren (£873,452).
Overall sold prices in Norbiton over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 18% up on the 2014 level of £429,618.
