North Acton, with an overall average price of £384,286 was cheaper than nearby West Acton (£628,884), Acton Park (£477,461) and Acton (£539,112).
During the last year, sold prices in North Acton were similar to the previous year and 15% up on 2012 when the average house price was £332,785.
