The majority of sales in North Harrow during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £591,689. Flats sold for an average of £301,039, with terraced properties fetching £535,416.
North Harrow, with an overall average price of £488,044, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harrow (£465,498) and Rayners Lane (£466,629), but was more expensive than West Harrow (£452,822).
Overall sold prices in North Harrow over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 32% up on the 2014 level of £370,566.
