The majority of sales in North Harrow during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £592,067. Flats sold for an average of £289,164, with terraced properties fetching £529,080.
North Harrow, with an overall average price of £479,572, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harrow (£464,040) and Rayners Lane (£470,429), but was more expensive than West Harrow (£452,506).
Overall sold prices in North Harrow over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 29% up on the 2014 level of £370,566.
