The majority of sales in Northumberland Heath during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £355,990. Terraced properties sold for an average of £312,469, with flats fetching £187,894.
Northumberland Heath, with an overall average price of £314,048, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Barnehurst (£314,051), but was more expensive than Erith (£273,922) and Belvedere (£280,595).
Overall sold prices in Northumberland Heath over the last year were 15% up on the previous year and 30% up on the 2014 level of £241,223.
