Norton Canes, with an overall average price of £156,423, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Heath Hayes (£158,580) and Cannock (£159,082), but was cheaper than Burntwood (£175,992).
Overall sold prices in Norton Canes over the last year were 7% up on the previous year and similar to the 2007 level of £153,614.
