Last year most property sales in Notting Hill involved flats which sold for on average £951,172. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £3,060,568, while semi-detached properties fetched £8,704,444.
Notting Hill, with an overall average price of £1,540,517 was more expensive than nearby Ladbroke Grove (£988,442), but was cheaper than Holland Park (£1,882,105) and Campden Hill (£2,813,223).
During the last year, sold prices in Notting Hill were 3% down on the previous year and 10% up on 2012 when the average house price was £1,405,355.
