Last year most property sales in Notting Hill involved flats which sold for on average £971,760. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £3,923,719, while semi-detached properties fetched £10,395,556.
Notting Hill, with an overall average price of £1,833,479 was more expensive than nearby Ladbroke Grove (£1,506,232), but was cheaper than Holland Park (£2,080,778) and Campden Hill (£2,919,708).
During the last year, sold prices in Notting Hill were 22% up on the previous year and 31% up on 2012 when the average house price was £1,403,184.
