Last year most property sales in Notting Hill involved flats which sold for on average £992,201. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £3,475,360, while semi-detached properties fetched £7,130,700.
Notting Hill, with an overall average price of £1,601,352 was more expensive than nearby Ladbroke Grove (£1,184,121), but was cheaper than Holland Park (£1,831,741) and Campden Hill (£2,541,110).
During the last year, sold prices in Notting Hill were 11% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2012 when the average house price was £1,405,355.
