Oare, with an overall average price of £335,250 was more expensive than nearby Pewsey (£299,861), but was cheaper than Woodborough (£1,009,139) and Wootton Rivers (£488,250).
During the last year, sold prices in Oare were 30% down on the previous year and 85% down on 2013 when the average house price was £2,190,000.
There were only 2 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
