The majority of sales in Old Trafford during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £123,680. Terraced properties sold for an average of £189,216, with semi-detached properties fetching £269,488.
Old Trafford, with an overall average price of £173,796, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Salford Quays (£172,988), but was more expensive than Hulme (£144,935) and cheaper than Whalley Range (£231,578).
Overall sold prices in Old Trafford over the last year were similar to the previous year and 6% up on the 2006 level of £164,113.
